How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Richmond?+
Every renovation is different. After a walk-through, you receive a free written itemised estimate based on your space, scope, and finish selections before any work starts.
Do you handle building permits?+
Most cosmetic work does not need one. Moving plumbing, altering framing, or changing electrical usually does. We identify permit requirements at the walk-through and handle the application and inspections when they are part of the project.
How long will my bathroom or kitchen be out of use?+
A bathroom is typically out of use for 1 to 2 weeks and a kitchen for 2 to 3 weeks. Your written estimate includes a project schedule.
How do deposits and payments work?+
A deposit at signing covers materials and scheduling. Your written estimate sets out the deposit, any progress payments, and the final payment, so you know what is due and when.
Do you take on small jobs?+
Yes, there is no minimum job size. A single door or a patch of drywall is quoted with the same written-scope approach as a full bathroom.
